We often do a CMA for clients who want to sell their homes to determine the sale price, but it’s helpful to know before you reach that point too. 

Why? Knowing the current value of your home helps you determine when may be the right time to sell. For example, the CMA will give you a sense of the return on investment you’ll receive, which can help you buy your next home. So, if you’d like to create more value over time or you’ll know what to expect when the time comes to sell. It also helps to understand how an appraiser values a property and what things add to it.
